Reconnect to the product mission, the deeper reason behind what you’re building. - Where are we heading?
Define the direction, strategic objectives and the KPIs that help you measure what matters. - Who am I in this?
Bring your natural strengths and energy into how you contribute. - Who are we doing it with?
Map your stakeholders, involve the right people, and create alignment that lasts.
The workshop
This is a structured 5-session workshop series designed for product teams and product leaders and it’s available on-site or online, in English or Swedish.
Each session is a full day, focused on one question at a time. You’ll explore the work through coaching, product strategy tools and hands-on exercises.
We’ll work with:

- Product Mission – purpose in action
- Strategy & planning – including Strategic Objectives, OKRs, KPIs, Roadmap and Backlog, so you can prioritise and plan with purpose
- Stakeholder mapping – turning shared understanding into shared action
- Self-leadership and strengths – getting clear on how you contribute, what energises you, and how to show up with confidence and care – both individually and together as a team
