Where curiosity becomes practical.
Curious Creator strengthens leadership, collaboration and performance under pressure.
We work from a simple idea: curiosity is a strategic advantage. It helps us think more clearly, collaborate more effectively and make better decisions when things are messy, fast or uncertain.
That matters now because we need to perform in uncertainty and rapid change without losing clarity. As AI speeds up the flow of options, answers and noise, strong judgement and adaptation matter more, not less.

Pressure changes how we think. Clarity weakens. Collaboration strains. Reaction takes over. We may freeze, rush, retreat to comfort, or move with false certainty.
Curious Creator exists to change that.
How we work
We work through real challenges while strengthening how individuals, leaders, teams and organisations notice, think and respond. That is what makes the work useful now and what helps the shift last when the next challenge comes.
Founded by Wiveka Göransson in 2023, Curious Creator is based in Malmö, Sweden, and works onsite and online, in English and Swedish.
Curious You is coaching for individuals. Curious Business is leadership and organisational partnership for organisations.

Part of something bigger
Curious Creator works on the challenge in front of us while also strengthening a more curious way of leading, working and responding, so the effect reaches beyond one conversation, one team or one moment of change.
We are always part of shaping what we want to see more of. When we notice more, think better and respond with greater intention, it changes what becomes possible around us too.
That is part of the bigger hope behind this work: a more curious world, built one real situation at a time.
