Why this work matters to me
Curiosity is natural. Using it well when we need it most is harder.
Across my career, I’ve seen what happens when pressure narrows thinking. We rush to solve, protect what we already know or keep moving without questioning whether we are working on the right thing.
Disciplined curiosity gives us a practical way to stay open, use our judgement and act with greater intention. That is the capability I have chosen to build my work around.

25+ years inside complex organisations
My background spans technology, digital products, leadership and organisational change.
I know complex organisations from the inside, including the competing priorities, dependencies and different perspectives that make seemingly simple problems difficult to move.
This is where I do my best work: when something important needs to become clearer and there is no ready-made answer.

I bring structure, perspective, visual thinking and questions that open up new ways of seeing the situation.
Together, we make patterns and assumptions visible. I challenge when needed and notice when we are moving too quickly towards an answer or going around the same loop again.
I don’t arrive with the answer. I may offer a hypothesis or another perspective, but you keep the judgement, decisions and ownership.
I use AI where it genuinely improves the thinking or the work. Human judgement and responsibility stay clear.
