Based in Malmö, Sweden, I guide driven professionals, leaders, teams and organisations to use curiosity as a strategic advantage. I work as a leadership coach and transformation guide, delivering my work in English and Swedish, onsite and online, with clients across the world.
With 25+ years in business, digital product and transformation, I combine strategic sharpness with a practical, human and creative approach. I’m an ICF-certified coach and over the years I’ve stepped into roles such as manager, agile coach, product owner, CEO. I’ve seen leadership from many angles, and I know the pressure and complexity leaders navigate every day.
I founded Curious Creator in 2023 to fill a gap I’ve experienced throughout my career, the gap between how leaders are expected to act and what actually helps them think clearly, lead sustainably and handle pressure on a daily basis. Curiosity is a natural human trait we all carry within us. The real shift comes when we learn to use it with intention, in leadership, in teamwork and in how we build stronger, healthier organisational cultures.
