Why I do what I do
I’ve led teams, driven change, and worked inside complex organisations. I know how it feels to be capable and committed, yet disconnected from what really matters.
That’s where curiosity changed everything. It helped me reconnect — first with myself, then with others and finally with the bigger picture. It turned pressure into purpose and uncertainty into opportunity.
Now, I help others do the same.

How it all started
I had everything I thought I wanted — responsibility, success, results — yet something didn’t feel right. One evening, as I sat in front of my laptop, I realised I’d lost connection with what once gave me energy.
That’s when a small but powerful question appeared:
“What if I stopped trying to be the leader I should be and explored who I naturally am?”
That question changed everything. It brought curiosity back to life, first in me, then in the people I work with and in the work I do today.
Curious Creator was born from that spark. From the belief that curiosity isn’t just a skill, it’s the beginning of all meaningful change.
