Curious You Premium Group Coaching is an 8-session group journey where you explore who you are, how you want to lead, and where you’re heading — supported by others on a similar journey.
It’s reflective, warm and steady. A mix of guided coaching, personal exercises and open conversation.
We explore three reflective themes that support clarity, confidence and commitment.

FAQ — ONLINE GROUP COACHING
What happens if the schedule changes and I cannot participate?
I strive to adhere to the schedule, but unforeseen changes can occur. If this affects your participation, we will arrange an individual meeting to cover missed content.
What if I miss a session?
Participation in all sessions is recommended, but we understand life happens. If you miss a session, you’ll receive a summary and exercises from the playbook so you can catch up.
Are sessions recorded?
No. To keep the space safe and open.
What language is it in?
It’s offered in both English and Swedish. Each group has a set start date and runs in one language – so you can choose the version that suits you best.

What technology is required?
- A computer or laptop with Zoom installed
- Stable internet connection for clear audio and video
- Webcam and microphone for interactive communication
- Instructions for Zoom installation will be provided before the course begins
Do I need a quiet space for sessions?
Yes, it’s essential to participate from a quiet, undisturbed location to maximise your experience and maintain group focus.
Can I do this coaching 1:1 instead of in a group?
