Terms of purchase

When you purchase any service or product from us — such as coaching programmes, workshops, talks, online courses, or playbooks — you automatically accept our terms of purchase. These terms apply unless otherwise specified for the specific product or service.

Prices and VAT

All prices are listed excluding VAT.
VAT is added when required, based on your billing details.

Payment options

Card
Secure payment by credit or debit card. All card payments are processed safely through Stripe.

Swish
Available in Sweden only. Swish payments are also handled through Stripe’s secure system.

Invoice
Invoices are issued upon request and payment is due within 10 days, unless otherwise agreed.

To issue an invoice, please provide:

• your name
• company name (if applicable)
• billing address
• VAT number (if applicable)
• which service the payment refers to (e.g. Curious You Clarity Coaching)

Cancellations and right of withdrawal

For private individuals

When you purchase a service online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

• The withdrawal period starts from the day of booking.
• To use your right of withdrawal, email us at support@curiouscreator.com within 14 days.
• If the service begins during this period, you must give your explicit consent. You then pay only for the part delivered before cancellation.
• Once the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

For businesses and organisations

Unless otherwise agreed, the following terms apply:

• At the time of booking, 20% of the total fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellations up to 30 days before the start date: the remaining 80% is refunded.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the start date: the full fee is due and non-refundable.

• Communicate with you, for example regarding bookings or newsletters.
