But what exactly is loneliness? Loneliness is more than just physical solitude, it’s a deep emotional state of feeling isolated and disconnected from others. It’s that longing for meaningful social connections and a sense of fulfilment in our interactions. And anyone can experience loneliness, regardless of their circumstances or the number of people around them.
